The North Barton Heights Civic Association (NBHCA)located north of the James Rivah’ is rooted and dedicated to fostering a great community. Where legacy residents and new residents gather together to honor our past while working towards a sustainable and healthy future for all our residents.
As a registered 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit association (EIN: 85-3238894), all of our members and leaders serve in a volunteer capacity.
