The North Barton Heights Civic Association (NBHCA) is dedicated to supporting and promoting a positive quality of life in our neighborhood on the Northside of Richmond, VA.

As a registered 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit association (EIN: 85-3238894), all of our members and leaders serve in a volunteer capacity.
